#1: Mar. 1997 - Nov. 1997 Research Engineer in Chinese Underwater Technology Institute, and, in fact, mainly in Dongshen Holdings of Economics Developemet, Ltd, as a project manager, headed a project team for developing dynamic motion simulator in entertainment industries, Shanghai, China.
#2: Aug. 1989 - Aug. 1991 Worked as a design engineer in Mechanics Institute of Zhenjiang Hua Tong Machinery Group Co., a major construction machinery factory in China with a staff of over 3,000. Participated in the designing of two sub-systems of "LZGY Type Recycling Asphalt Drum Mixing Plant"; made an improvement on structure of the traditional electronic belt weightometer to increase its accuracy and stability; supervised the production of the above product; followed through purchasing equipment and materials, production in workshops, testing and technique service until it was put to actual use.
#3: Jul. 1988 - Jul. 1989 Worked as a practice engineer in Internal Combustion Engine factory of Group Co., received training in all phases of production, including assembly, testing, production planning; partly conducted quality control and management, and value engineering.
